Web page error - help

On my forum page i am getting a web page error :

I see these in my error console when I go to your page:

www.paypal.com : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
and
Error: lbls_init is not defined

My guess would be these are from a modification since there is no "lbls_init" in vbulletin, nor does vB put anything paypal on the forum.php page.

Any help on how to fix this please ?

If i remove any paypal donations mod, will this do it ?

Searched the templates and founf the code

Removed the mod and the error has gone
