Fluid Adsense Welcome Block below Navbar

This Mod is a fluid adaptation of this mod Adsense integration together with nice welcome message - StarBuG optimized blending (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=250649&page=2)

There is no special CSS, so Starbugs version has a better look. But i was having trouble making his work on my fluid themes. I am no coder by definition so i wont be supporting this hack. Its just something i thought id share with anyone who couldnt get starbugs version to work on fluid skins..

This is just simple html with tables.. If it isn't working i couldn't tell you why.. Anyway i have this listed as unsupported because i no longer run any active vB4 communities, and have moved on to XenForo.
