Looking for great admins

Hey guys, I am running a website with some staff, and we currently have 12,000+ members in less than 2 months, we are really looking for an admin that would like to work in for the community, I can also pay you, but I'd rather have someone who wants to do it for the community and growth of the website, if you know what I mean.

Admins I am looking for:

Great grammar and punctuation.
Knows a lot about vbulletin
Trustworthy
knows how to script a bit (or intermediate/advanced style editing)
