Have you uploaded or updated a .htaccess file lately? If no has your HOST made any changes to the server etc?

Ok so no changes they say and you have not updated... just for fun rename your .htaccess to .htaccess1 and now check?
Does it work now?
If no... have you installed OR updated any modifications recently?

I don't think any changes made at Modification.
The problem is that this error also show in ACP

Hmm then I would assume it is Host related...
I would call them back and specifically ask if they have made any changes recently, mod_security, anything because for this to come out of the blue with no changes from your end would leave us all to believe it is your Host and/or server setup.

Ok, I will contact him again.
Thanx again.
Edit: The host says, no changes from his side for mod_security.

Hmm...
Cherri,
Be sure to think back, you made no changes? You have no one else who works on your site right? Someone that could have made changes?
All I can tell you is either one of two things at this point...
1) Your simply overlooking something that happened recently, this happens even to the best of us.
2) Your Host is doing the same and simply forgetting a recent change or update, your speaking to the wrong person, or you are being lied too as some hosst who run shared accounts will have you running fine for a year then throttle your bandwidth and implement other "shady" tactics against your account.
What I can say for sure is things just don't go wrong on the fly, see my point?

Well host is friend and I am talking to him on 1-1 level.
May be some thing gone wrong, except me no one is doing any changes.

Does your host use LightSpeed servers? IF yes then are you using Firefox to browse??
Edit: If yes then there is a issue with Firefox atm and it only affects every so many users... so one out of a thousand could see a 500 error using the same version and add-ons per say when the other 999 see the site fine.
