Try resetting your cookie domain:
1) Upload tools.php from your "do_not_upload" folder. This should go into your admincp directory.

2) Load this in your browser by going to: yourforums/admincp/tools.php

3) Enter your customer ID.

4) Click on Reset Cookie Path and Reset Cookie Domain.

5) Delete tools.php from your server.

6) See if you can login.

What did you do on your site just prior to this not working? Have you reuploaded all your files? Is the forum still working? Have you tried disabling the plugins? What exactly was happening prior to the problem and what is the status of the forum right now?

My forum is running well no any other prob i see All users are doing all thinks

just admin cp is not opening

ma i replace All files in public_html/admincp folder

I have Disable tha CMS Plugin

That error is a server error and you should be contacting your host (as it says). It also recommends you check your error_logs - have you?

Yes i have Error Log

And in Error log i have no Error about admin Cp error

But Tel me now what i do for logging in in admin Cp

Plz tel me if i replace admincp folder in Public_html

my prob is solve
