Can the old rev be purchased?

Or can it be done on a annual deal?

If you purchase a new license, you will have access to older builds.
You might also look around the webmaster forums for a used license, if you're trying to save a buck.
Ofcourse, you could also go with an open source free forum script ;)

I hope I don't get shot for this (and would be surprised if I did with all the xenforo talk going around) but if the dollar is tight I would go with an open source forum script. PHPBB and SMF are pretty good ones straight off the top of my head.

Otherwise vbulletin4 licenses allow you to use older versions of vbulletin and you could always check for a used license as Loco said.

I think the only reason for asking of an older version of vBulletin available for purchase is the price here. The simple answer would be No. Even though you get access to the vB3 series, you are basically paying for a vB4 license to get there.

I dont think its just a price thing. I have access to both and currently am running the latest version of vB 3.8 lol

Questions and discussions regarding licensing can best be posted on the Official company forums on www.vbulletin.com (http://www.vbulletin.com).
