Requesting to know what plugin this side ad is

I have a question regarding what plugin/module the side sponsors/vendor bar is?

I asked on everywhere sidebar v4, but someone said it wasn't the same.

it's the vB 4.0 sidebar... styled a little... and the ads... just ads in a text widget

I am a newbie... so HTML, etc throws me into a spin. It would be AWESOME if someone created a plugin for something like this. A plugin with admincp abilities to add ads.. .a field with ads numbers separated by commas (ie ads to include: 1,2,5,7, etc). I can probably figure out how to create the ads, just no clue how to incorporate into a side block

that's the usual reason why people like you hire coders like me for a fee... you can not do it, you need it, so you pay for it...

btw, there is a bunch of existing widgets in the Mods section...
