Forced ignore not working

What is forced ignore? If it's a mod, you need to post in the mod thread for help.

If it is, then I've never heard it called that before. So, what is it? Where are you setting it?

When you edit the user's profile, it's one of the fields we have.

It is a mod (I found it) and does not work after 3.5.
