Contact email problem

I am sending an email to all my users, Text is Ok, However I want to also send a small jpg photo with the email, Can this be done.

I don't think you can do this in vBulletin, but you can export the mailing list and use an external program. (But then, if you have a lot of users, managing bounces and opting out becomes an issue).

ETA:...but maybe there's a mod to do this, I don't know.
