i have a question about spam Emails

My hosting closed my site yesterday when i asked them the reason they told me that

The account was suspended due to spam mails sent from your account. Note
that when sending out newsletters, you must provide opt-in and opt-out
options as we prohibit spamming on our servers. In other words, you must
obtain their permission that you are adding them to your mailing list
before sending e-mails, and provide an option for the recipients to
unsubscribe from it.

Can anyone please help me with that
