Can't save after editing post

Just upgraded to 4.6 patch level one and when using any theme bar the default one if any user edits a post and then tries to save it nothing happens!
When using the default theme it saves ok!
Ive just turned off the plugin system and still cant save a edited post unless using the default theme,Any ideas on fixing this please guys

When you upgraded ,did you make sure to upgrade all templates listed in the announcments as Requiring Revert? you are going to have to go through your edited templates and find what is causing the issue. Look at all modified templates used on that page.
