Help Needed with vb 4.0.3

Hi, I just received a message from my server guys that until I fix this sql issue, my site won't come back. I have no idea where to start and I can't get a hold of the guy who installed the forum and everything.

Do a search in your files for part of the queries to find where they are from. Like search for "SELECT COUNT(*) AS threads" and "SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS node.nodeid" and "SELECT searchcore.searchgroupid , searchcore.dateline" etc and then you'll find where the queries are from and you can then see if it is something you can turn off.

I don't know if upgrading would resolve the matter - it depends what the queries are from which is why I asked you to find them. For instance, I can't find this one in my 4.0.7 files:
SELECT searchcore.searchgroupid , searchcore.dateline FROM searchcore AS searchcore INNER JOIN thread AS thread ON ( searchcore.contenttypeid = 1 AND searchcore.groupid

I asked you to find them since you have a copy of the files you are using. And, you could also search your plugins. If you have a good text editor, it's very simple to search a directory for text and that is what you should be doing to find the queries.
