Paste picture from clipboard

Is there a way to paste pictures from the clipboard? For example, I want to right click on something like a jpeg in another window and then right click and paste it into a post. I've seen it done on other vBulletin sites and I didn't know if it was a setting or a plugin or what.

Sort of. You can right click some images and select "copy image location", then you can paste that into a post. But if you want the image displayed inline you'll want to use the "insert image" button in the editor.

It's not a plug-in, but it only works when the WYSIWYG editor is enabled, i think it also only works in IE and possibly in FF, too.
