Question about Daily Digest email

I've searched but I'm not finding my answer yet. Could someone please tell me if this function is already available in 3.8 or if a mod can do this?

I have a small forum and I would like all the members to receive a single daily email listing the titles of the new threads and active threads. All the members would get the same email.

If the user gets tired of receiving this email, they can turn it off in their CP.

I've seen options in the CP for the user to automatically subscribe to threads they participate in. But what I need is for the user to be notified daily about threads whether or not they participated in them.

I've never seen a mod that would do this and if there was you'd be begging to get blacklisted as a spammer. User's don't want daily emails.

A user can subscribe to forums and get daily notification of new threads in that forum.

In other words, I'm asking for a very popular feature that is available with the Yahoo Groups, and I would love to see it in vBulletin.
