Scores not saving

I have recently upgraded my forum from 4.0 to 4.0.7 and the scores in the arcade are no longer saving. Would someone be kind enough to advise me please?

I'm updating someone's forum and she's using 3.8 and the scores aren't saving. Will the 4.0 fix work for this?

the index edit will work on vb3 and vb4
youll find it in the zip file
