Install/Uninstall forum listing question

Hi,

Whenever I install an mod from here I mark it as installed. When I uninstall it (because it does not fit my board the way I thought etc etc...Do I have to go back to the thread and change it from installed to uninstalled? Does it effect the over all rating of a mod if I do that? I do not want to take away from the coders efforts even if the mod was uninstalled later on.....I hope that makes sense?

Not really. I mean, once they gain the rank "coder" it's never taken away AFAIK.

But OTOH it's very important to people considering installing the mod to hear your own experiences with it. You should mark it uninstalled, and post in the thread why you uninstalled it.
