how do I remove user title from post?

where do i turn off or remove the user title in the posts? the one under the username, description, then a title...

i am thinking of adding some rank icons...but i cant get rid of the title...lol...the icon says admin...then right under it is my title...admin

i kno im going to feel dumb when i find out where....thanks...
