Error help ?

Never had this problem and do not know what is causing it but i made a thread today and got this code flash up then go away when the thread was posted, I managed to copy the error and if anyone can help me fix this ?

That's not an error from any default vbulletin file. It's from a modification which uses a file called insights.php. You'll need to post in the modification thread for help.
