Change "Insert Image" button from auto-embed to [img]?

Hello,

I'm using 3.8.2 and when I click the "Insert Image" button and enter the URL to an image it automatically embeds the image in the post. I would prefer it to put this (without the spaces of course):

[ img ]http://example.com/image.jpg[ /img ]


I can't figure out how to change this. I'd like the "Insert Image" button to function the same as it does here on vbulletin.org. Thanks for any help! :D

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but in the upper right corner of the editor box there's a button with a couple of 'A's in it that switches editor mode. In one mode you see the image, in the other you see the bbcode. I think you can choose which mode is the default so maybe that's what you want.

That's EXACTLY what I wanted. I never realized there were two modes. I changed the default in Admin CP -> Message Posting Interface Options. Not sure why I didn't make the connection sooner. :) Thanks very much!
