Does this theme exist?

Came across an image on here today of a beautiful style for vbulletin 4.

Does anybody have any more details on it, or more specifically anybody know if it exists?

I want to have a crack at making at implementing it as a live style but don't want to step on toes if it already exists or going to in the near future.

Dont think it exists yet.. I believe these were concepts given when vB4 was new.. Might wana ask the author 'Miko' i think
