Announcement at top of Forum Home?

Forgive my ignorance if this is an option I'm not seeing in the Forum Display Options or in the Announcement Manager, but I'd really like for an announcement to be displayed on the forum home versus at the top of each individual forum.

Is there a setting/option for this in VB4?

Yes I would like to see this also.

There was an add-on in vb 3 "News & Announcements" but I believe that it is not compatible with vb 4.
