RSS deosnt post in the forum

Hi,
I using this rss feed http://ph.news.yahoo.com/rss/philippines-nation.xml
in my RSS Feed Manager but its doesnt post any feeds..
The feed is enabled and I choose forum and user name that exist. what can be the problem?

usually it will let you force the rss bot to run
