Possibility to ad text in topic when certain url/word is used

Hello everybody,

Is the next thing possible:

When a user is typing a word, or a link wich is containing a certain word (from a given/specified list), a warning can be shown in the topic...

For example, I want to show some sort of disclaimer when users are typing the word "import" or "cheap" , this disclaimer contains a simple warning..

I hope it is clear what i want.. :)
