I have looked at a couple of the mods on here for side panels and cant seem to find a right one.
All I am wanting to do is to have a right hand panel on all my forum pages that I can put custom HTML into so I can promote skyscraper ads.

Any help appreicated. I presume I could somehow edit my forum home template to allow this to work maybe?
