NavBar text links

Hi,

Can I change the NavBar text (not tabs) display order?

Can someone explain how please, also would this include the organization of addons that have added text links there?

When you are editing a section, look for the box that says "sections to display in navbar sub-menu" You can include what you want, and select the order there.
