AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details
Now find:
Privacy Statement URL
Enter the URL of your privacy statement, if you have one.
*There's also one for your terms of service.
*If you do not know how to create a custom page see this by Lynne:

*If Lynne's method is too hard you can try this, but learning either of these, the method above by Lynne or simply learning this easy mod system takes about the same amount of time imo:

Lynne's way is very simple, you create a new file in an editor, copy that code and paste in it... now save it as test.php and read the instructions very clearly on how to rename snippets of that code to your template/pages name also after your done saving upload the file to your server. Now create a new Custom Template in your style manager and paste the other code there. Now type in www.yoursite.com/test.php and see if it all comes up... your seeing all that info and becoming discouraged, don't be! Once you get the hang of it once, it's a breeze ;).
There's a few mods you can utilize adsense with, for various areas of your site, don't forget vB4 has built in Ad management for various locations. I have a mod for showing ads after certain posts here, you can see Adsense in the screenshots:

Alternatively you can use my mod as well if you want to add your privacy policy.
