What Software Is:
Pirate Poker System is an advanced integration system into Kridah's Pirate Poker Flash Application. Completely secure, safe, and free from cheating. The System seamlessly and securely authorizes and sets up everything for you. It allows your users to instantly connect to the network and play Texas Hold-em with site members and players on the network. It comes with a rules section for your users to learn how to play which comes preloaded but you can edit to your needs. You can add buddies in the game whether they are on your site or not to easily stay in contact and play with friends within the network and own site. The Pirate Poker App has fans that you earn as you defeat other users and get special hands. Also has gifting out items to users while you play in the game. Can give someone a drink or even a random teddy bear. To earn more doubloons you can exchange credits (vbexperience, vbcredits, and so on) or a user can even gift some to you. There is also a daily and weekly random bonus handed out to active users. The game is extremely fun and addicting your users will love it.

LITE Version as it stands right now has a limit of 50 people who can participate/play online at a time from your domain unless server reaches a certain threshold which then users trying to enter will get a message stating reserved slots for PRO/PLAT players.

100 User Total - The system will create a total of 100 slots for 100 players on your site. Once 100 slots are filled up with players, you will need to upgrade in order to allow more players from your site to participate. There is a clean/clear script for users who do not play and just wanted to check out game they will auto be removed.

This can change without prior notice. I have to make a few things clear as this is NOT a stand alone flash app hosted on your site nor can you control the doubloons directly through a database or settings. Everything is secure and hosted by kridah.com. So make sure to tell your users not to be careless with the doubloons. Check out ForumCoding for more information and options for upgrading.

Going to give this a go....thanks.

So far it installed easy (4.0.6) and got my key no problem.

I like how it went to my navbar....no edits.

But...ahhh...I get:

ACCESS DENIED
SITE NOT VALID

My site does not use forums.....it is www.example.com/example

Does that make a difference?

Has to be path to your forum as it needs to identify.

So whatever your forumpath is. Also that message seems you have a hash key not a pirate poker key make sure to go to first setting and grab hash key to put in link.

Krusty your all golden now I think something happened when you installed then uninstalled and installed again and kept putting in a new key that wasn't matching originally issued key. I will look into it tomorrow.

Yes, adding languages as we speak, Dutch is already supported. There is a few small issues with dutch language and some things not able to be translated but working on it all. French is coming next.

To select the other languages you need to have it selected on your site. Meaning they need German selected or french selected on your site. It picks up users vbulletin language. Again if language is not supported it will show English as default. So the language stuff will just be rolled in.

Yeah need to disable it or should have removed it before installing pro, different software. Be careful removing lite when pro is installed as this will remove the settings as i didn't change the names and group for that in pro. So as a rule of thumb uninstall lite then install pro or disable lite.

Guys please understand that is a hash key not the pirate poker key issued to you. Need the hash key to get a pirate poker key.

Once it says issued all gravy don't uninstall please. Clear any cache vboptimizer any mod doing any caching and make sure logged in when going to pirate poker page.

One sec I will register on your site and go to it. Do you have any settings cache software? Vboptimize or anything of that nature.

Do this uninstall the software. Install it again and PM me your hash key I will try it for you in system and check it I registered to your site. As it is all Aok on our side. Do not go to the link in setting and do anything just send me hash key and I will do it for you.

Contact me VIA AIM, YAHOO, MSN, SKYPE. I need to find out why a few of you are not working.

I need to know:
vbulletin version
mysql version
php version
any cache software on site or a mod that would mess with cache for settings.
Server OS

You can PM me these details or message me please don't post them in thread so I can test. I tested all OS and browsers server side and user side no issues. Plenty of people are having no issues up to 100 sites on the network now and so far only about 3-4 having this issue and seems it is a settings refresh.

There is an options databuild which works for all versions vB so I presume it is a conflict with another mod causing the issue. It is doing the update and what it should and sending back complete so again need to test on one of yours guys' sites that are having this issue to trouble shoot it more. Again most people 98% not having that message or that issue. It could be bypassing a mods databuild or cache and just being overwritten with the other mod. Which seems to be more what is happening since not everyone is experiencing this.

As stated in thread it says be very careful with your doubloons in LITE version and let your users know.

Upgrade options have gifting doubloons to other users, exchanging units/credits (vbcredits,vbexperience,and so on) for doubloons, and purchasing doubloons which helps earn your site that much needed income. On top of that there is a daily bonus from 1-100 doubloons and a weekly bonus of 1-1000 doubloons. All this stuff can be turned on and off to your liking.

If your getting site access denied after you followed the step on setting #1 check your Email and grab the pirate poker system lite key from it and manually enter it into your setting and save.

Not sure where your getting your numbers of 10 you need to go back to the site and read as that is no limit for anything. LITE does have a limit of 3 players from you site at a time. I might increase it to 5 in next update doing right now not sure yet. I code this for you guys to enjoy and use. Remember this is a LITE software. Software didn't code itself. Help support and more stuff may come to LITE.

Just installed the lite..and i must say i am really impressed...A poker system like the current facebook one.......Priceless..

However....i have noticed...and confirmed...from not just me..but other networks...that sometimes your hand is invisble....but..is ok on next hand.....really hope that gets fixed.Tried on 3 different browsers..

Secondly...would be fantastic....if..when in table and playing...like the facebook one...tells you..what you have...for the noobs...so...oi have 3 of a kind..shows i have 3 of a kind....whats below that..and whats higher.........if that gets fixed..and that installed......am reaching for my paypal for paid:-)

Hi both of you. Can you PM me example of that feature so I can look at it. The disappearing cards happens everyone once in a while if you tab out of window and back in may cause it which is actually a security feature. BUT if you are in the game and it randomly does it it can be slow speed issue one person attests to or downloading grip of stuff (torrenting so on). I will run some more tests and get it fixed. As it has only happened to me few times out of oh god can't count how many hands :)

When you get issued a key it will display it to you on screen now so make sure to copy it and make sure it matches if the auto change doesn't work.

I re-isntalled flash 10.1, cleared the cache and still get the same message. I had one of our moderators try to access it on his W7 machine and he encounters the same error as well. The URL is:

Naw seems more a cache issue clear browser and flash cache refer to post #2 or #1 towards bottom.

Flash cache not only browser. Also does it work for you and others is it only this person? Is he on some proxy or FX blocker type stuff. Need to feed me a lot more info. Browser, OS, and the above info. I am leaving for few hours will be back.

It does not work for me on www.victorylaneforum.com I believe I have it installed correctly. Never know though. When I click on the Nav link, it "kinda" goes to the screen but it says flash player needs to be updated and it is already.

That's why i'm suggesting that you don't make a square out of the avatars when you resize them but leave them in their proportions if possible.

Edit: It would also be nice if you would write the Timezone you are meaning in the Game Info box.

Thank you very much but i meant the timezone they mean and not the user is in. So the user can know which 6 pm is meant if he is in another timezone. After all there are quite a lot timezones out there. So for example if there is "Tournament is at 6 PM PST" they all can go and look what time it would be for them.

It is in your timezone. The users timezone they select in vB is what time it displays. Meaning that time is valid to what time it is or will be for them personally. The avatars I will fix. It is setup for 3 size images just dont have it on at moment. Will turn it on probably tomorrow or next day. Then you wont have images all big and so on. But they will have to be re-sized if to big. Facebook has 3 images small, medium, large for pictures vb does not. Has a single so will have this asap.

Hi, for the flash, when you went here http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash and installed flash 11 i think? did you see the flash movie play in the adobe window or see the image that should appear?

looking at your parse error does that mean your vb installation is in folder x2?, so to get to your forums you would use the url http://www.mysite.com/x2/ and that would get you to your index page?

If so then the path to your poker is mysite.com/x2/piratepoker.php

I know you may have already done this but another go wouldn't hurt, can you ftp all the files again in ASCii mode and overwrite the originals, and then re-import the product and allow overwrite and let us know how you went on :)

That doesn't look like a fault with the mod, it looks like your PC isn't remembering you have updated flash, did you reboot?

can you access the forum and Pirate Poker from another pc?

There was an update released a couple of days ago did you upgrade to that? if not then you will have the problems with the stats, they've been tested in the latest release for IE8, IE9(beta), FireFox & Opera :)

One other person had this and it had to do with a html cleaner mod. Something that was moving js around and combining or something not sure. Maybe he will chime in. He turned it off then error went away and walla worked.

So basically check any mods you have installed that might mess with js or html caching or cleaning or moving.

Yes I had to reset everyone's avatars because of the size. So you will see a lot of blank ones. If you experience a blank or black avatar it is because vB re-sizes PNG to gif and causes some issue while doing this striping transparency and others which effects resizing scrips. My advise is tell your users to upload a gif or jpeg version of there avatar not a png and you should be just fine. Tested this already just so you know. I will be resetting avatars again today to stop blank avatars in this case and will just show the silhouette image instead.

Theres some clipping around the outside edge of the screen on a 1024x768 resolution. I'm presuming most of the buttons are outside this area?

EDIT: Looks good in 1280 x 800 however.

If you experience a blank or black avatar it is because vB re-sizes PNG to gif and causes some issue while doing this striping transparency and others which effects resizing scrips. Quite often it says reached max users... i was the only 1 playing from my site though :(I believe it means max users created for the version you have, the lite version only allows so many accounts to be created for the poker (so if say 100 people off your site have visited a table then that would be all the accounst created for your version) but the system will drop accounts that are never used periodically or have not been used within a certain timeframe to try and help prevent you maxing out.

The Pro version has many more account creations and Platinum even more still with better functionality :)

There is a setting in the software to restrict groups from being able to play. 3rd option in settings set groups not allowed to play then you can also change the phrase to say please pay or subscribe to be able to play or what have you.

I installed all worked, but then I tried to integrate it to my custom credits. As I use casino for my credits, I looked up the sql tables but was not sure what "prefix" etc was required any way I had a stab at it and entered casino_cash in all three boxes then went to check and got "error contact host" on authenticating screen, so I removed the custom settings and went back to 0 but still get the same error.

So I need help both with the error and a little help customising it for casino credits (v0.92 vbgaming) please.

Also I noted that for me the navbar insertion did not work...I'm guessing that's because I use the a double expanded navbar mod here, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=130958 it's not a problem just thought I would pass it on the issue.

I would of payed the money for the system, but if it isn't hosted by my own server and if I can't guarantee it will be operational for as long as I need it then I wouldn't waste my time with it.

I installed all worked, but then I tried to integrate it to my custom credits. As I use casino for my credits, I looked up the sql tables but was not sure what "prefix" etc was required any way I had a stab at it and entered casino_cash in all three boxes then went to check and got "error contact host" on authenticating screen, so I removed the custom settings and went back to 0 but still get the same error.

So I need help both with the error and a little help customising it for casino credits (v0.92 vbgaming) please.

Also I noted that for me the navbar insertion did not work...I'm guessing that's because I use the a double expanded navbar mod here, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=130958 it's not a problem just thought I would pass it on the issue.

Installed on my test forum tried to get a key with http://www.mydomain.com/testvb/ but it would not work. Said that the domain is not valid. So I tried taking out the testvb/ and just submitted our domain name such as http://www.mydomain.com and was then taken to a page and given a key.

I then entered this this key to the Key section of Pirate Poker options and saved it. But when I went to my test forum and tried loading the game. It attempts to Authenticate but then I get Access Denied Site Not Valid message.

So anyone know what is going on here?

I have to admit, I wish I could figure out how to connect it to the vcash system (like vbookie). But, other then that, the biggest hangup is creating rooms. I bought the pro version, but without the ability for our users to create a room that is limited to just the users from our site, it's not as neat. That's the function that is really need, a room specific for the site that purchased. Then it would better justify the cost. Right now, users can't create their own poker tables. I'd put that as the highest priority update.

To set it up to use vcash go to your Exchange Settings in AdminCP

AdminCP > AWCoding - Pirate Poker > Settings > Exchange Settings
