An easy way to make the members and guests to the forum help you to repair damaged % broken links and know there place in posts .

First: Create a separate fourm and feature, for example: Department Report broken links

Forums & Moderators

fourm permissions

exactliy ...at your new fourm

[Edit] visitor - guests

click edit

than agree for ( Use Custom Permissions )

than make that

Can View Forum - yes
Can View Thread Content yes
Can View Others' Threads yes
Can Post Threads yes
Can Reply to Own Threads yes
Can Reply to Others' Threads yes
Can Edit Own Posts yes

Follow Forum Moderation RulesIf no,
posts are always placed into moderation queue no
