how can i re install my forum because of alot of errors without loosing my database and info?

Errors with the database or errors with some of your php files?

when i try making a post or change styles this shows

this all started when i tried to update the patch to 4.0.3 so i put my files back to the old version of 4.0.2 this is nuts still dosent work..

all i need is to make this work.. can i re install the vbulletin without the install file or something to make it work? i need my forumback up asap
