I recently signed up for one... www.thebannerexchange.net (http://www.thebannerexchange.net/signup.php?referer_id=10664) but quite frankly it seems 'ghetto' to me... I doubt they check any other sites are properly displaying banners as opposed to just registering hits... my banner has been displayed over 1200 times without a single click, which is fine but they tout an average click through of 1 in 250 views.
I just get the feel that this place is junk but I like the idea- I googled "Banner Exchanges" but didn't find any great ones, from what I could tell- anyone use any such services? Good results?
