Spider issues

Hiya

I converted from phpBB to vBulletin but something is not right with the spiders. Now they wont show up when I check in whois online. They show up as guests only.

Also I installed the mod

But even it doesnt show spiders :(

Any way to fix this...not quite sure what the problem is!
