Adsense on forumhome between forum listings

For VB 3.8 series I would like to put adsense code on the forumhome page between the listings of forums, and between the forum sections.

I have many forums divided up into "main forums", "other forums" etc. I would like to put adsense either at the end of one of these forum categories or at the beginning. Also between the listings of forums.

Any help is appreciated!

Since I have many categories, and google only allows 3 adsense ads per page, how I get the add to appear under just some of the categories?

Okay I tried it but it didn't put any ads in any of the forum categories.

What I described above should post the same ad under each category on your forum home.

Thanks for your help I got it to work. I needed to put it before the last closing </if> conditional. Also I needed to put my table formating in and use an if conditional to restrict it to only the categories I wanted it in.

Yeah, I didn't realize you were that advanced and was trying to give you an easier alternative if you were so inclined. Glad you got it to work though.

Okay now that I can display adsense at the beginning or the end of a category let's take it one step further.

Say I have 10 forums in a category and I want to display Adsense after, say, the 5th forum but before the 6th? (instead of at the beginning or end of the category)
