Similar to the twitter mod, but this mod would automatically post a new link on your facebook page when a new thread is created in the forum(s) you choose.
I know the YAFB had this option, but it did not work (for my forum/fb page), and I am using vbulletin's facebook instead.
This would be an EXCELLENT mod and would save me many hours a day. :D
