Blank Forum Page PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello,

I am the owner of www.pistolerosdelmar.com and as of today i haven't been able to log into my website, i have tried from several places with no succes.

I have conctacted vbulletin ticket support and they advised me to do the Blank page trouble shooting, but honestly i am not very familiar how to do most of the steps on the trouble shooting.

Also i cannot even log in into my Admin, i have not done any changes and everything was working perfectly untils this morning, i am the only administrator so nobody did any changes either.

I have checked the error Log from my Server and this is what i got.

Please i need help as soon as possible if someone could help me i could provide with passwords and anything necesary to resolve this problem.

Did you disable all your plugins via the config.php file like adviced on that page? Turned on display errors? Increased the memory limit? Reuploaded all the default vbulletin files?

No i haven't i am totally lost i can't even find the configure.php file, i do not know where are the default vbulletin files, where can i get them from?

You need to have FTP access to your site... You can download your config.php file from your /includes/ directory (/forums/includes/ if your forums are installed in the forums folder)...

You can edit that file and re-upload it to disable all plugins.

If you need the install files again you can download them from your vbulletin members area at vbulletin.com - make sure you download the same version you are using now.
