ONLINE Users Awaiting email confirmations user's are NOT showing in What's Going On?
Currently Active Users.
but they ARE showing in who's online page.

what should i do so ONLINE Users Awaiting email confirmations user's can be shown in
Currently Active Users.

New registered users are not showing on Statistics Welcome to our newest member, abcd

unless they active their account through email.

You are talking about the Currently Active Users list? You can modify the query to define which usergroups to not show around line 532 of forum.php where it says:
$skipgroups = array(3,4);
And then there is a similar query that excludes those usergroups in includes/functions_databuild.php around line 1827. Look in both those places.
