I didn't see this posted anywhere else, and I checked vbulletin.org, so I thought I'd just post the question here.
I'm creating a custom portal and I'd like to use vBulletin as the discussion forum. That said, I'd like to personalize the site as much as possible. If you're familar with DeviantArt (http://www.deviantart.com) , then you know what I'm talking about. Any hoo, what I'd like to do is use the "User Profile" for vBulletin for the rest of the site and basically build around it.
For example, let's say that "joeuser" comes to foo.com. There's a login at the top of the page that logs him into the site as well as vBulletin. I really like all the detail that vBulletin captures for the "User Profile" and I don't see the need to have people register twice.
Is this possible? If so, any hints would be helpful. :-)
