Active Link Security for VB4

I really need a mod similar to Active Link Security (http://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS380US380&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=redirector.php+vbulletin) that mask the source of the link for VB4. Does anyone know of a way to do this or another mod?

I have no idea what you're asking. The link you gave just goes to Google. Why would you want to obscure any links to your forum?
