Auto Delete Profile / Sig Info

Would it be possible to do a modification that strips out a users Profile and Signature info (less email address of course) if they've not visited and/or posted for a defined length of time?

I run a business forum and we get people signing up simply to post their links and profile info - then they promptly bugger off!
