Paid subscription question

I just bought the latest vBulletin Publishing Suite, and have following questions please help.

1. Can I have some threads in a forum to be paid content and others not?
2. Does vBulletin have credit system? This is really important for my paid content.
3. If the answer is NO, how can I achieve above goals by using some ADD-ON if exist?

2. Not sure but I do believe there is a mod for that.

there is a new mod that allows you to download a paid pdf or zip or its very new and in beta but it may be what you need its
