Add forum name to titles

okay.. i got vbseo enabled and its nowhere in their. I want to add my forum name to the title of every page.

E.G.

Thread title: "Get free music"
New Thread Page Title: "Get free music - My Forum Name"

you know what i mean? how can i do this.
