When creating a poll in the forum is it possible to allow guest to vote on the poll or are they only open to registered users?

When creating a poll in the forum is it possible to allow guest to vote on the poll or are they only open to registered users?

When editing the guests group, under Poll Permissions set Can Vote on Polls to Yes and save the changes.
