Strange behavior!

I'm having some trouble whit the refresh function in my 4.0.6 test site! When i want to edit a post, after using the edit button , the page goes down to the reply box! It's not scrolling back up to the edit box by it self!!! So, i have to manually scroll all the way up to see the box!
It also does it from the main page when i click directly on a post to view! Always end up at the bottom of the page!
Tho if i fallow the forum and sub forum and then click the post, it refreshes right on the target!

As any one encounter this kind of situation before and is there a fix or only some code to re-adjust???

Are you using a totally default style? And all modifications disabled via the config.php file? And you made sure all your files were uploaded fine by checking Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions ?

Yep, checked it all. I switched off the plugins from ACP and tried, did it anyway. Config, added the "unhook" and tried , does it too. I seen some bugs related to it in previous version but nothing with the 4.0.6!?
Now, i'm trying to upgrade another test i made in order to switch from 3.8 to 4xx as per the post of TheLastSuperdude and will see if it's still doing it!? Hopefully not , but if it's the case, what would you suggest Lynne???

Yes i did but have lots of plugins that seems to interfere! End up with "File not recognized as part of vBulletin" What am i suppose to do with these? All plugins from here that i installed.

This is complicated for my little newbie brain dear! lollll
Need some good advises and tut or reference to fix them, if needed obviously :)
