How to show ad space on the header ' right' section ?

I want to put Ads unit on the right at the header ?

How to do it ?

When you make a new google adsense code it can take 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer, before the ads actually appear for the first time.

Or if you're using a custom style it may not call that ad location template for some reason... do you know if you're using a heavily customized style?
