Header Problem

My header on my forums look fine for me , but on some other peoples computer it dosen't .

How can i make my banner look the same for all user's ?

On Some skins of CompleteVb there is a Advertisment block , how do i remove that ?~

Depends on how it is looking now. Without a live link it is hard to tell. Also for your ad i know with completevb you have to at least have an ad or you can just comment it out in the header. It is in the header and do a search for banner. It is actually coded in the css.
