View Full Version : Hosting Company Changed Hard Drive and now

Our site is down and were getting this message:

The requested URL /forums/install/install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas? I have not touched any vbulletin files to make our site go offline like this. Any help would be much appreciated.

I do not understand why it would be going to brand new install ? Did they move the data over ? are you able to FTP in ? Can you see all your data ? What about the original url can it be reached ?
