style bar doesn't show...

Hi there, I installed 2 styles on my forums as 3 website tutorials and 2 youtube tutorials but still I don't see the style bar at the bottom to chose from, any clue?

the style selector only visible if you set to allow user to select style
admincp>settings>options>language & style settings>allow user to change style>yes
