Grid 200-Fluid-250 Request

I can muddle my way through basic HTML and can't even figure out PHP or CSS. I'm trying to get away from using CBA CMPS, but I am having great difficulty in doing so. I've spent too much of my time trying to figure out PHP so that I may make my own grid. So far with no luck. Is there anyone out there willing to give me a hand?

what are you wanting ? Do you have a mockup ? Also i found out wordpress is really good for making a good front page .

Ideally, I want CMS to look like the CMPS on my website, then get rid of CMPS.
