vB download library mod?

Hi Everyone,

Is there a mod that will allow you to create a library of download links which users can rate or leave comments on?

I run a site for musicians and want to put together a list of free plug-ins that users can easily vote on/rate and leave a few comments on if they wish.

I've looked for such a mod but might have missed it. There may also be another mod designed for a different purpose that could be used to provide the same results.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful,

I don't know about a mod that would do local links, but if they are links to off-site locations google 'vBadvanced Links Directory' -it's not listed here because it's not free but I use it and it works well.
