Which do I use for my forum when setting up? Or do I use them all?

And once I get the html code, how do I add it? To what file?

I went to domain, figured I would start there and it says to do the following:

Create the following A records for your domains at your domain registrar:

Next, create the following CNAME (alias) records for your www host using your domain registrar:

How do I do this?
