My hosting provider doesn't want my account anymore because I am a Christian. After my forums were hacked into and everything deleted, my host hostdone.com is providing me with a backup from the day before, but I need to go elsewhere now they said.
Any advice where to go to? I wan to do it cheap. And good security this time.
p.s. previously I thought hostdone meant they get the job done. Now I see it means my host is done.

Try dreamhost, hostgator, hostmonster.
If your site is big, consider a vps.

i give a plus up on hostgator. I have used them for years. They are good and fast.

I recommend KnownHost.com
Is HostDone kicking you off because they are anti-christian? Or are they kicking you off because your site is a target of muslim hate groups; thus making your website a security risk and their fiduciary responsibility to their other customers to get rid of you?

It could be because I am the target of Muslim hate groups. But a Christian provider wouldn't bow to that. So read between the lines.
Knownhost.com is a bit expensive. Anything cheaper?
I do love my vBulletin and some conversations that I get into with people.

DDos and hacks will still be targeted to the domain name you use. So whoever you go with , should have a good rep for security, you will have to pay more for more, you get what you pay for.

Basically what this guy said. In my own experience, the host is less likely to complain if you get a private server, although that will cost a fair amount. If you are using shared hosting and you get attacked then it brings down a whole group of websites, which is probably why your current host is asking you to leave.
I use Dreamhost for my Private Server, if it helps.
